Juveniles/Dependency Proceedings; provides for circuit court jurisdiction in dependency proceedings until child reaches specified age; provides for annual review during time child remains in custody of or under supervision of CFS Dept.; deletes requirement that foster care services be terminated upon child's leaving educational program. Amends 39.013, 409.145.
