GENERAL BILL by Barreiro

School Boards/Real Estate/Meetings; provides that contracts for purchase & sale of real property for educational purposes by school boards must be considered & approved by boards in public meeting; allows board, superintendent, & appropriate staff to meet in executive session to discuss pending negotiations re proposed acquisition of real property if specified conditions are met; provides for future review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 235.054.
