Safety/Public Health Care Employees; provides definitions; requires that Health Dept. adopt blood-borne-pathogen standard for public employees; requires use of needleless systems & sharps with engineered sharps injury protection; requires that incidents of exposure be recorded in sharps injury log; specifies information to be included in said log; authorizes Health Dept. to include additional requirements as part of said standard, etc.
