Health Care; provides requirements for accepting outside referrals for diagnostic imaging; provides for study & analysis of services for kidney dialysis patients; creates "Florida Community Health Protection Act"; provides for Community Health Program pilot projects; requires exclusive provider organizations to provide, without prior authorization, female subscribers one annual visit to obstetrician/gynecologist, etc. Amends FS.
