Sewage Treatment/Disposal/Monroe Co.; provides requirements for sewage treatment, reuse, & disposal facilities & onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems in Monroe Co.; prohibits new or expanded discharges into surface waters; eliminates existing surface water discharges by specified date; requires existing sewage facilities that do not discharge to surface waters & onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems to meet certain treatment requirements by specified date, etc. Amends 381.0065.
