Lake Restoration; authorizes Environmental Protection Dept. to administer grant program for funding lake-restoration projects that are not proposed under SWIM Act; authorizes counties, municipalities, & certain nonprofit corporations to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for review panel to review grant applications, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
