GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy
Economic Development; authorizes Tourism, Trade & Economic Develop. Office to administer grant program for funding economic development; authorizes counties, municipalities, & certain nonprofit corporations to apply for such grants; requires that recipient provide certain matching funds; provides for Enterprise Florida, Inc., to review grant applications & make recommendations to said office, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
