GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Diaz-Balart

Privatization of Foster Care; requires Child Welfare System Estimating Conference to include forecasts of child welfare caseloads within information it generates; provides for inclusion of additional classes of children in need of care among estimates; provides for hiring preference for state employees; prescribes requirements for preschool foster homes; authorizes AHCA to establish targeted case-management pilot project within certain counties, etc. Amends FS.
