GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Meek

Minor/Approaching Vehicle/Soliciting; prohibits persons under age of 18 years from standing or approaching vehicles on any public street, highway, or road for purposes of soliciting, collecting from, or distributing to occupant of motor vehicle; provides that first-time violation results in warning & that subsequent violations will be cited as pedestrian violations; provides for noncriminal traffic infraction punishable as provided in certain provision, etc. Amends 316.2045, 318.18,.121.
