Executive Branch/Lawsuits; provides additional requirements re notification of certain settlements or orders; provides that certain settlements or orders shall be contingent upon & subject to legislative appropriation or statutory amendment; provides for inventory of all litigation in which agency is involved that may require additional appropriations to agency or amendments to law under which agency operates as part of legislative budget requests, etc. Amends FS.
