Nonpartisan Elections; provides for election of school board members in nonpartisan election; provides requirements for qualifying for nonpartisan office; requires statement of judicial candidates re Code of Judicial Conduct; provides alternative method of qualifying for nonpartisan school board candidates; revises ballot requirements for nonpartisan candidates; amends provision re determination of election to judicial office, etc. Amends FS.
