Lake Co./Oklawaha Basin; changes name of Oklawaha Basin Recreation & Water Conservation & Control Authority, Lake Co. to Lake Co. Water Conservation Authority; increases number of members of board of trustees from 3 to 5; requires that members be elected in nonpartisan elections conducted by county supervisor of elections in accordance with Fla. Election Code; provides for certification of millage to county property appraiser for assessment; provides severability, etc.
