GENERAL BILL by Health & Human Services Appropriations ; Sanderson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hafner ; Murman ; Farkas ; Argenziano ; Gottlieb ; Littlefield

Developmental Disabilities; provides for assessment of level of need & medical necessity for prospective residents of such facilities after specified date; provides for interagency agreement to conduct assessments to determine level of need & medical necessity for long-term care services; requires licensure of intermediate care facilities for developmentally disabled; provides for moratorium on admissions to facility, etc. Amends Chs. 393, 409; creates Part X of Ch. 400.
