Trauma Care; declares legislative findings & intent re creation of statewide inclusive trauma system, as defined; deletes definitions of "local trauma agency" & "regional trauma agency"; defines "trauma agency" & "trauma alert victim"; prescribes duties of Health Dept. re implementation of inclusive trauma systems & agency plans; prescribes transport requirements for emergency medical services providers, etc. Creates 395.40; amends 395.401,.402,.4045.
