GENERAL BILL by Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Forman

Assistive Technology; requires manufacturer to make repairs necessary to conform device to warranty; allows consumers to submit disputes to Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; authorizes dealers to collect fee from consumer at time of sale or lease of device; allows consumers to bring civil action for violation of act; requires recordkeeping & retention of records; provides for rulemaking, etc. Amends Ch. 427. APPROPRIATION: $450,000.
