CS/SB 2348: Emergency Management Planning
GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Carlton
Emergency Management Planning; revises provisions re registration of persons requiring special needs assistance in emergencies; provides for recruitment of health care practitioners for special needs shelters; requires nurse registries to assist at-risk clients with special needs registration & to prepare comprehensive emergency management plan; requires that certain emergency care & service information be included in hospice patients' medical records, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $4,034,524.
