Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund; (THIS BILL COMBINES S2422,1952) creates Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund for Health & Human Services; provides for administration of endowment by State Board of Administration; establishes Florida Biomedical Research Program within said fund; creates Biomedical Research Advisory Council within Health Dept.; requires Secretary of Health to award grants & fellowships, in consultation with council, etc. Creates 215.5601,.5602. APPROPRIATION: $1,500,000,000.
