SB 2460: Veterinary Medical Practice
GENERAL BILL by Dyer
Veterinary Medical Practice; provides for certain impaired practitioners licensed under Veterinary Medical Practice law to be governed by certain provisions of law; exempts veterinarians licensed in another state from certain requirements for temporary licensure in this state; provides permit & other requirements for persons who are not licensed veterinarians but who desire to own & operate veterinary medical establishment, etc. Amends Ch. 474; creates 455.247.
