GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Kirkpatrick ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett
Workforce Development; revises components of state's workforce development strategy; provides for state's One-Stop Career Center customer service delivery strategy; provides for oversight & operation of centers by regional workforce development boards & center operators; provides for assigning & leasing of employees; provides principles for implementing federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998; provides for 5-year plan, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 446, 414.026.
