Children's Health; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1414,2520) provides for year-round enrollment in Medikids program; provides for statewide enrollment ceiling for Florida Kidcare program; revises eligibility for certain children under said program; revises eligibility for certain children under Medicaid program; provides for year-round enrollment under Florida Healthy Kids Corporation program; revises contract standards, etc. Amends 409.8132,.8134,.814,.904, 624.91.
