Criminal Use of Personal ID Info.; (THIS BILL COMBINES S286,722,1074) provides that person who willfully & without authorization uses, or possesses with intent to use, personal identification info. re individual without previously obtaining individual's consent commits either offense of fraudulent use of personal ID info. or offense of harassment by use of personal ID info. depending on circumstances, etc. Creates 817.568; reenacts 464.018(1)(d), 772.102(1)(a), 895.02(1)(a).
