Traffic Accidents Involving Death; requires driver of vehicle involved in accident to undergo testing for presence of alcohol or drugs if accident causes death or serious bodily injury; deletes provisions authorizing law enforcement officer to require such testing upon probable cause to believe that driver of vehicle was under influence of alcohol or drugs. Amends 316.1933.
