Premium Assistance Program; provides legislative findings; creates said program within AHCA to assist small businesses in purchasing health insurance coverage for employees; provides eligibility requirements; provides applicability to specified health benefit plans; specifies subsidies that small business may receive under program; requires that specified moneys be used to fund said program; provides for distribution of funds. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
