HB 317: Sales Tax Exemptions
GENERAL BILL by Gay
Sales Tax Exemptions; provides that tax on lease or rental of or license in real property does not apply when property is public or private street or right-of-way used by utility or franchised cable television company for utility, television, or communication purposes; provides definition for term "utility"; provides that sales tax on prepaid calling cards will be assessed at point of sale of card. Amends 212.031,.05.
