GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Klein
Ad Val Tax/Charitable Housing; amends criteria for exempting property used by nonprofit homes for aged from ad valorem taxes; provides that property used to provide housing for persons with incomes defined under certain provision, & owned by certain nonprofit corporations is exempt from said taxation; creates State Housing Tax Credit Program; provides for allocation of credits & administration by Fla. Housing Finance Corporation, etc. Amends FS.
