GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity
State Employment; authorizes DMS to adopt renewable employment contract form for career service employees; authorizes state agencies to offer prospective or current members of career service system such contract; provides that employees who enter into renewable employment contract are presumptively members of optional annuity program; provides that career service employees who enter into renewable employment contracts hold exempt positions, etc. Amends Ch. 110.
