GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity
FRS/Senior Management; redesignates Senior Management Service Class as Senior Management & Exempt Service Class; provides for state employees who are exempt from Career Service System to participate in Senior Management & Exempt Service Class; authorizes such members to elect to participate in Senior Management Service Optional Annuity Program; provides requirements for electing to participate in optional annuity program, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
