GENERAL BILL by Sembler
Public Records & Meetings; repeals provision which provides that records of private corporation that leases public hospital or other public health care facility are exempt from public records requirements, & meetings of corporation's governing board are exempt from public meeting requirements, when specified criteria are met. Repeals 395.3036.
