HB 589: Vessel Registration

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Smith

Vessel Registration; designates Ch. 328, F.S., as part I of said chapter, entitled "Vessels; title certificates; liens"; creates part II of said chapter, entitled "Vessel registration"; changes title of Ch. 327, F.S., from "Fla. Vessel & Registration Safety Law" to "Fla. Vessel Safety Law"; provides for rules; provides for optional vessel registration fees by counties & municipalities, etc. Amends Chs. 212, 282, 320, 327, 328, 370, 409.
