GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Laurent

Pretrial Intervention Programs; authorizes court to deny admission of defendant to pretrial substance-abuse education & treatment intervention program if defendant has rejected any prior offer of admission to such program. Amends 948.08.
