Bob Byram Nursing Home Care Reform; creates "Bob Byram Nursing Home Care Reform Act"; revises rights of residents of nursing home facilities & provides additional rights; provides minimum staffing requirements; prohibits willful interference with unannounced required inspections of facility; provides that identity of person reporting adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation may be released to Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $30,000.
