GENERAL BILL by Greenstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Effman
Do-Not-Resuscitate Order/EMTs; provides for rules of Health Dept. authorizing EMTs & paramedics to honor information re do-not-resuscitate order encoded on patient's driver license or ID card; directs AHCA & HSMV to develop & implement program to register said orders as part of driver license & ID card process; provides for funding; provides for maintenance of electronic registry; provides for rules & funding restriction. Amends 401.35,.45; creates 401.50.
