GENERAL BILL by Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Morroni

Alcoholic Beverages/Pricing; redefines term "discount in the usual course of business"; authorizes distributors of malt beverages to charge different prices for such beverages to different categories of alcoholic beverage licensees; requires prices in single license category to be uniform. Amends 561.01.
