Bail Bonds; revises certain continuing education requirements; revises requirement re bail bond agents; requires discharge of forfeiture with time certain & provides additional criterion; requires clerk of court to set aside forfeiture & discharge bond under certain circumstances; provides for expiration of certain bonds under certain circumstances, etc. Amend Ch. 903, 648.386,.44. 648.386,.44.
