GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Fiorentino ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Russell
Sewage Treatment Facility Discharges; prohibits new discharges or increased pollutant loadings from existing sewage treatment facilities into coastal waters within Pasco County or waters tributary thereto; requires elimination of existing discharges into coastal waters within Pasco County or waters tributary thereto; authorizes DEP to grant exceptions under certain circumstances.
