McGriff-Mannix Act; provides for cooperative effort among state agencies & local governments to plan for & assist in placement of rip current warning signs; provides that DCA shall direct & coordinate program; requires development of uniform rip current warning sign; authorizes department to coordinate distribution & erection of said signs; provides for rules; limits liability of participating governmental entities. Creates 380.275.
