HB 783: Health Provider Contracts
GENERAL BILL by Murman
Health Provider Contracts; provides for detailed explanation of benefits to be included in all payments to health care provider by fiscal intermediary; provides specifications under which HMOs may modify existing contract benefits; requires certain health maintenance contracts to cover persons licensed to practice massage under certain circumstances; prohibits certain provisions in contracts between health care providers & HMOs, etc. Amends 626.883, 641.31,.315,.316.
