Airbag Antitheft Act; creates said act; provides definitions; requires any person engaged in business of purchasing, selling, or installing salvaged airbags to maintain record of any purchase, sale, or installation of salvaged airbag; specifies required information; provides for inspection & disclosure of such records; requires any person who sells or installs salvaged airbag to disclose to purchaser that airbag is salvaged; provides penalties, etc.
