School Year; amends provisions re definitions of "school day," "school year," "year of service," & "year-round school"; extends length of school year for students & for school employees; increases length of school year to 186 days; revises definitions re education funding to reflect increase in length of school year; increases term of service for school employees to 207 days, etc. Amends 228.041, 230.23,.33, 236.013,.02,.08106.
