GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Brown-Waite ; Meek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Nursing Home Facilities; (THIS BILL COMBINES S834,1140,1612) requires State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Office to establish statewide toll-free telephone number; directs AHCA to contract for consumer satisfaction surveys for nursing home residents; provides certificate-of-need preference for Gold Seal licensees; authorizes agency to require certain facilities to increase staffing; establishes additional Alzheimer's disease memory disorder clinic, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $1,506,298.
