Juvenile Detention/Severe Offenses; requires probable cause affidavit or written report to be made within time certain; requires such affidavit or report to be filed with clerk of circuit court within time certain; provides for increased holding times for children charged with offenses of certain severity; requires petitions for delinquency to be filed within time certain under certain circumstances; authorizes court to extend such times, etc. Amends 985.211,.215,.218.
