GENERAL BILL by Farkas

Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles; authorizes use of golf carts & utility vehicles by municipalities for municipal purposes & subject to certain conditions; defines term "utility vehicle"; exempts golf carts & utility vehicles from requirements to display license plates; exempts such carts & vehicles from inspection requirements. Amends 316.2126, 320.01,.105, 325.203.
