Mathematics & Science Education; authorizes mathematics & science teacher education program; authorizes incentives & certification; creates nongovernmental organization to plan & implement said program; requires budget request; adds science component to statewide assessment program & to requirements for pupil progression; authorizes salary bonus for teachers who complete certain training programs, etc. Amends Chs. 229, 236, 231.600, 232.245; creates 231.6015, 240.149.
