Physicians/Patient Choice; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H1927,961) requires certain physician members on Statewide Provider & Subscriber Assistance Program panels; provides for patient choice in selection of physician under any plan offered through HMO, managed care provider organization, prepaid health plan, or accountable health partnership, or under any health insurance policy, plan, or contract, offered in state, etc. Amends Chs. 408, 627, 641.
