GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles; prohibits use of golf cart on public roads by certain minors; authorizes use of low-speed vehicles on certain public roads; authorizes use of golf carts & utility vehicles by municipalities for municipal purposes & subject to certain conditions; provides speed restriction for golf carts; prescribes license tax for low-speed vehicles; exempts golf carts & utility vehicles from requirements to display license plates, etc. Amends Chs. 316, 320, 325.
