GENERAL BILL by Albright ; Andrews ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Levine ; Greenstein

Tobacco Products/Cigarettes; requires registration of entities acting as primary source of supply; prohibits wholesale dealers from shipping or accepting delivery of cigarettes from outside state other than directly from primary source of supply; provides requirements re affixing any stamp or other cover to cigarette package; provides for seizure & forfeiture of cigarettes in violation, & for revocation of wholesale dealer's permit, etc. Amends Ch. 210.
