GENERAL BILL by Transportation

Golf Carts & Utility Vehicles; authorizes use of low-speed vehicles on certain public roads; provides restrictions for such operation; provides speed restriction for golf carts; defines terms "low-speed vehicle" & "utility vehicle"; authorizes use of golf carts & utility vehicles by municipalities for municipal purposes & subject to certain conditions; exempts golf carts & utility vehicles from inspection requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 320, 316.2126, 325.203; creates 316.2122.
