Supreme Court Administration; constitutional amendment to propose that Legislature may enact limitations on actions or requirements for expediting particular classes of cases & may limit time within which persons sentenced to death may challenge their convictions & sentences; proposes that rules adopted by court shall not be in conflict with, & may be repealed or modified by, general law, etc. Amends s. 2, Art. V.
