Claims; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1032,2228) requires judges of compensation claims to consider interests of worker & worker's family when approving settlements of workers' compensation claims; requires appropriate recovery of any childsupport arrearage from those settlements; provides that gross income includes all workers' comp. benefits & settlements, etc. Amends 61.14,.30, 440.20.
