GENERAL BILL by Greene

Gunfree Zones; authorizes governing body of municipality or county to establish gunfree zone pursuant to ordinance approved by governing body or approved by vote of electors; requires that signs be posted to notify public of said zone; requires that law enforcement officers & security officers who carry firearms be exempt from any ordinance establishing said zone; provides penalty.
